| Estate Planning |

We prepare wills and living trusts
that provide for the distribution of your assets
according to your wishes after your death. A living
trust will help your heirs avoid an expensive and
time-consuming probate. We also assist clients in
minimizing estate taxes through the establishment
of trusts or gifting programs. We prepare irrevocable
trusts and family limited partnerships to further
minimize estate taxes.
We will assist you in appointing guardians for your
minor children and establishing trusts for your
minor children and establishing trusts for children
and grandchildren so they will not receive their
entire inheritance at age 18.
Estate planning also includes providing for lifetime
managements of your assets, even if you are incapacitated.
We prepare powers of attorney for financial affairs
and health as part of our estate plans. We establish
conservatorships and guardianships when needed. |

of living trusts after a death and advise them on
all activities necessary to quickly and efficiently
distribute assets. We are also experienced in handling
probates and other matters subject to court supervision.
